		<description>:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
													NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS AND FRIENDS OF THE BODY SHOP
                                       MAJOR CHANGES – FOR THE GOOD!!!

As many of you know, we have had a very difficult time over the last couple of years with the condo association here at Virginia Avenue, as they have not been very communicative regarding changes that they have been making or with respect to working with us in terms of maintaining access to our business establishment.

This situation reached a new low with the notice by the condo in late September that we needed to vacate our space by November 8 for some (vaguely described) structural and other repairs that they were making, and that they could not say for how long. Later, we were informed that it would be at least through next summer, and maybe longer.

As we began the search for temporary space, we decided that we would make this move permanent. The thought of the expense and disruption associated with one move is bad enough; thinking of doing it twice, without a firm date as to when we would be coming back, was beyond the pale.

So, we are pleased to announce that we have been able to secure new space, and that the space is still in downtown Rehoboth. We are beginning to outfit the space, and plan our move for sometime in early November. The new location is on the corner of First and Wilmington Ave., and is the space previously occupied by The Wacky Bear shop.

It is across from the Frog Pond and in a mall with the Sunglasses Hut, and White House Black Market. There is access to the mall from both Rehoboth Avenue and Wilmington Ave.
We are excited by the move, despite the way that it all came about, and we are continually grateful to all of our customers and friends for their support and patience. We think this will be a good move for all of us!!
